There are two R2W youth programs:

R2W youth leadership programs will introduce you to:

critical faith
other Asian, Pacific Islander, African American, Latino youth and other young leaders of color
people and places that are ABOUT something

CRITICAL FAITH is the leadership development approach created by R2W to generate deeper thinking, deeper faith, and deeper action - not only among Asian Pacific Islander and other young people of color, but in church and society as a whole.

CRITICAL FAITH involves

Learning to question
Learning to analyze
Respecting your own knowledge and experience
Studying the major social issues
Developing your faith and spirituality
Figuring out how you serve and witness today and in the future

"R2W gave me the skills it takes to become who I want to be. It showed me that society and culture help mold the person, but people also mold what society is. R2W also helped me make my faith, MY FAITH. The workshops and Bible studies taught me more about Christianity and I learned - and now believe - that questioning my faith is a good way to build strength in it. It taught not to take anything at face value but to pursue answers using critical thinking. I use the things I learned at R2W on a regular basis, whether I'm solving problems or just meeting different people. Going to R2W was probably the best decision of my life."
